I predict that when areas of the outer continintal shelf are open for exploration,within 18 months the first well will be in production.Find someone,in the oil buisness,who knows what they are doing---and this will happen.When the world hears that we are opening this area for drilling,crude oil prices will start down,before the drilling rig drops a bit.Please tell the entire Senate & House we,the American People,want to "DRILL NOW-DRILL HERE-PAY LESS"
