Re: The Choice on Energy Policy
by

US shale deposits contain an estimated 2 trillion barrels of oil. When added to the Canadian shale oil deposits it is the largest reserve in the world. Coal-to-fuel. The US has 25% of the world's coal. The energy in it exceeds that in all of the world's oil resourceS. It can supply all of the US electricity demand and 4 million barrels of fuel a day for 100 years. Add that to ANWR reserves and offshore reserves and we have enough energy to supply all of our needs for a hundred years. We can AT THE SAME TIME develop conservation measures and develop new, clean, renewable energy sources. I guess these methods are too logical for the Democrats who are in the pocket of, AND RECEIVE HUGH AMOUNTS OF MONEY FROM the leftist environmentalists. 3/4's of the American people want more energy NOW.
